coeliosurgery
Variante(s) graphique(s)
celiosurgery

coeliochirurgie n. f.
Syn.
coelioscopie opératoire n. f.
chirurgie coelioscopique n. f.

Déf. :

Note(s) :

Yes, Coelio surgery

Explanation:
Coelio is the surgeon who invented it; the name, I believe, is pronounced "celio".

uterine surgery

Explanation:
Whilst all the previous speakers have been correct in pointing out the various component of the word, one has to remember about context and terminology. No English speaking doctor will ever use the term. Coelic just refers to the hollow organ, the French term can be translated into:
(1) uterine surgery
(2) bladder surgery
(3) gallbladder surgery
etc.
So the idiomatic English terms should be uterine surgery.
