Nematodosis is an infection of parasitic worms in mammals.


Explanation:
Perhaps the most common in Africa is "filaria" which is a very small worm that gets under the human skin specially when people walk/play in rain puddles. Once in the body it is very hard to get rid of, unless the person moves to a cold climate.
