French term or phrase: cœur isolé ou vagotomisé
Citant des évidences de bradycardie paradoxale dans des préparations de cœur isolé ou vagotomisé dans lesquelles l'oreillette était sous distendue...

How would that be translated? Please help.

English translation:isolated or denervated heart preparation
Explanation:
the first part has already been proposed by other learned colleagues. The second part, there is no such a term accepted in the literature, the closest in my opinion is "denervated" or "parasympathetically denervated" if you want to be more precised. However, "vagotomised" can be understood. Please note that "vagotonic" is exactly the opposite.

isolated heart // vagotonic heart

Explanation:
It should probably read "vagotonisé".

I found one hit for that, but that website is, unfortunately, no longer available

isolated heart

Explanation:
I should mention that I found "isolated heart" in the Eurodicautom database; the other one, as I said, does exist, but the website doesn't.
