Article LIPANTHYL 200
Code Lot 903 RG
Explanation: presumably relating to the removal of Lipanthyl from the company's catalog of products, or from the list of officially registered pharmaceutical products whose sale is authorized by the government (i.e., the list of products for which a valid Autorisation de Mise sur le Marche [Market Introduction Authorization] has been issued).
In either case, the operative action is the removal of the product.

Explanation: I would rather believe that itr is about deletion because there is a lot number which is mentioned.
For me it means that these aree the statistics/deletion of the statistics concerning that lot:
pharmaceutical companies have the duty to strictly follow up their production. The mentioned statistics are probably about practical details like stocking time, delivery dates, number of product not sold before the use-by date, unwanted effects and also what is very important customers details. This important whenever the product has to be withdrawn for any reason. I suppose that this kind of statistics (at least the details not the average values) are regularly cleared from the data base after a certain time.
Anyway "deletion" probably makes sense even if it is not the right explanation.
some knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry
