French to English translations [PRO]
Medical - Medical: Cardiology
French term or phrase: étagée
From a very brief report about stent placement in the SFA:

"c'était une revascularisation sous-intimale étagée de la SFA"

I'm just not sure how I would translate this...

Possible translations of étagée along the lines of "in many layers" don't at first glance seem to make much sense...or do they?

According to the report, a second stent is used to improve the result of the first one.
