On dégage de facon mousse le tissu sous-cutané pour retrouver facilement les deux broches de Kirschner qui avaient été recourbées et introduites dans le triceps.
Ces broches avaient migré. Elles étaient tres proéminentes sous la peau, ellles seront donc enlevées.
