French to English translations [PRO]
Medical - Medical (general) / cutaneous rash
French term or phrase: Scope
2nd request for "scope": These handwritten notations appear on the hospital chart of a patient admitted with a cutaneous rash on his arms and abdomen. This is what the writing looks like to me, and my translation for the ones I think I have figured out:

taches delimite - delineated blemishes

Bip 115 prevenir - Page to ext. 115 to inform

Scope - is this the meta-analysis of cutaneous lesions according to the study of Scope et al.?

Bon hemodynamisme - Good hemodynamics

Apyretique - Afebrile

The hospital is located in Paris, France.

Thanks
