French term or phrase: WINFCOMPSANG

Hi everyone,

I know this was already asked in 2011 but was hoping someone might have come across a solution since then :)

These are biochemistry lab results from the CHU Amiens

I have "WINFCOMPSANG (Patient à jeûn:) Résultat Non précisé"
"WINFCOMPSANG (Patient perfusé:) Résultat Non précisé"
and
"WINFCOMPHEURE (Heure de prélèvement:)

I agree with the 2011 discussion that "COMPSANG" = Comptage sang = Complete blood count
but I am still stumped with WINF... Could it stand for Windows Information?
