Je n'arrive pas trouver l'équivalent en anglais, "spontaneous contrast" me semble se référer à "spontaneous echo contrast" qui est une symptome au lieu d'une méthode d'examination.

As far as I can see, the "contraste spontané" is just the natural contrast seen between tissues when no contrast-enhancing agent is applied. You might call this a "native scan" or, to be closer to the source text, a scan using "native contrast".

And, yes, I agree: "spontaneous contrast" is used for ultrasound imaging only.

Explanation:
I hadn't realized until I saw Anne's answer that "native contrast" is also used. I usually use "non-contrast" and it seems to be the more common way of describing a scan that is performed without injecting a contrast agent. You will also see "with contrast" and "without contrast."
