Any help with this phrase would be appreciated. I don't think it is to do with Freud, but neurology. However, I am open to suggestions.

Il n'y a pas de douleur neuropathique mais la persistance de clonies avec perte d'objet.

La patiente ne rapporte pas de douleur osseuse, ni de syndrome d'hyperviscosité
