Not sure what they are getting at here, but would appreciate any contributions.

Here is the context:

The patient has cervical and thoracic cellulitis and mandibular chemo-necrosis.

Asker: Yes, I did wonder about "oozing" but then thought how does this relate to "soudre", "sourdre" sounds more likely. thanks:)
