Medical - Medical: Pharmaceuticals
French term or phrase: grossesse exposée par mégarde
"La découverte d’une grossesse exposée par mégarde à ce médicament n'en justifie pas l'interruption"
Is the implication here one of "due to improper use" or rather "despite proper use", or something else altogether?
I've done a fair bit of googling but can't find anything definitive.
Thanks in advance.

Notes to answerer
Asker: Thanks, does the 'interruption' refer to the medication or the pregnancy??

agree  Kate Deimling: perhaps change to "during pregnancy" to be less wordy, but this seems totally correct to me.

Note to reference poster
Asker: Liz, thanks for the refs. Do you understand 'termination' here to refer to the pregnancy or to the medication itself?
