French term or phrase: le traitement correcteur antiparkinsonien
I just can't quite figure out what this means in this context. I know that the drug referred to, quetiapine, has less extra-pyramidal or Parkinson-like symptoms than other antipsychotics and is used in treating patients with psychiatric patients with Parkinson's disease but I just can't get a handle on this phrase. Any help would be appreciated
Actually I think I might have worked this out myself. I was thinking 'le traitement' was referring to the quetiapine but I now realise it's referring to the antiparkinson treatment. Sorry - sometime you can't see wood for trees!
