Marketing - Medical: Pharmaceuticals
French term or phrase: SEPu
This is a woolly category -- not really medical or pharmaceutical, but is a saffron grower pitching the health benefits of saffron, so I don't know how to categorize this apart from "marketing". Anyway --- Question is: What does "SEPu" mean? as in:
"La recherche scientifique nous démontre l’action remarquable du safran sur la santé, les domaines ayant fait l’objet d’études validées sont les suivants : Alzheimer, antioxydant, aphrodisiaque, cœur, dépression, diabète, DMLA, fertilité, poids, règles et **SEPu**."
I can't identify it on the web -- I presume "règles" means menstruation. I don't know whether "SEPu" is a condition related to it or whether it's an unrelated complaint.
I'm comfortable telling the client that I have no idea what it means, but anyone can offer any clues I'd be grateful :-)
Many thanks as always

Explanation:
Health benefits of saffron have been claimed for multiple sclerosis patients (see, e.g., http://www.safran-medicinal.com/sclerose-en-plaques-safran-b... ).
Not sure how to fit in the final "u", could it just be an error?

agree  Daryo: can't see what else it could be, despite the mysterious "u" added.
