"L'agence X (notre partenaire distributeur) a son espace personnel sur www.XXXXX.com qui lui donne acces a l'ensemble de nos offres via un module de reservation sur Internet."

Later in the same document, it says, "Vous avez acces a un espace personnel avec login et mot de passe sur lequel vous pouvez suivre en temps reel l'evolution de vos reservations."

Does "espace personnel" mean "account" or some kind of "web page"? Also, in the second sentence, is it okay to translate "en temps reel" as "in real-time" or does this phrase not exist in computer lingo?

Explanation:
"espace personnel" on a particular site means that the agency X has space on the named site. It is common for commercial partners to have advertisng space, links onto other sites, their own sites or whatever. Here its meaning is fairly clear. A space is reserved on the named site which is personal to you and which contains information which is relevant to the commercial activity of that site, viz. reservation info. Translate as "personal space".

"temps réel" = real time and is used to describe somthing which happens there and then, as you witness it. With regard to a booking, whe you consult your personal space, you see the status of your booking as it really is at that time.

temps réel = rela time
téléréservation = real time booking
horloge temps réel = real time clock (RTC)
messagerie en temps réel = real time messaging

There are lots of others but these are given by way of confirmation.

The whole thing is:

Explanation:
Don't listen to the person who said something about staff. The personal space is an account management system and has nothing to do with personnel. For instance, by typing a user name and a password, the company may get a list of reservations (on a web page), or whatever that site is about. We don't know very well how that works, but we don't have to. Just say "espace personnel". It is not up to you to explain what it is. If the company wanted to call it an account or a page, they would have done so.

In Robert and Collins, there is "real time" en temps réel", "real-time processing" traitement immédiat", "real-time computer" ordinateur exploité en temps réel and "real-time system" système en temps réel. I have seen "real-time programming" in computer dictionaries and technical texts. Although the usual sentence structure is "doing real-time" followed by a noun, such as "programming", or "a real-time xxxx system", such as "real-time processing system", you can say that something is done "in real time".
