French to English translations [Non-PRO]
French term or phrase: La transmission domitiale
From a section in an astronomy book that discusses the astral periods and affinities.
Bharg Shah
English translation:transmission of dominant influence
Explanation:
"domitiale" sounds like another of this author's coined words -- in this case, an adjective relating to overlordship or a determining force (from the Latin root "dom-," i.e., "lord").

The above suggestion is the best I can come up with, in the context of astrology and the effect of the positions and interrelationships of the planets on human personalities and earthly affairs. "Dominating transmission" or "dominant transmission" just doesn't sound right (which is probably why the author coined his/her term).
