shared load agreement Explanation: Angolano may well be right, but this is what occurred to me, given the 'transport' and 'charge'. Rather than the abstract concept of distribution, amybe it's a question of literally sharing loads between trucks of different companies, obviously going to common destinations. Thus as a possible alternative: Load Sharing Agreement |

joint shipment agreement Explanation: See if this works for you: it is what I could find, doing a variety of searches, that is actually related to your context. the *distribution* option has to do with marketing, not shipping. And "load agreement" doesn't come up in any relevant context. Nor does "shared". Reference: http://www.altavista.com/cgi-bin/query?q=%2B%22joint+shipmen... |

co-loading Explanation: The standard term in the shipping industry. Here are two references from documentation on the Carrier Automated Tariff Systems (CATS): "Co-loading means the combining of cargo…" (www.fmc.gov/cfr/520.htm) and "..overall review of the co-loading rules that may occur..." (www.ffoct.fr/fr/ffoct/news/News994B.htm) Consolidated Freightways has this to say (at the first web site below): "Rule 7: CO-LOADING IN FOREIGN COMMERCE... Co-Loading means the combining of cargos..." And here's the U.S. government's General Services Administration (GSA Pub. No. 100-D, Section 2): "...when the rules prohibit the breaking of locks or seals or the co-loading of additional freight..." (see the second web site below).
