French term or phrase:dans le cadre de la Presidence francaise
Does anyone know if there is a standard translation for this phrase? The sentence is as follows: "Dans le cadre de la Presidence francaise, j'ai souhaite que soit organisee une conference europeene intitulee ..." This comes from the Ministre de l'Economie, des finances et de l'Industrie." Thanks! Karen
