Corporate entertainment. Exhibition & entertainment organised around a yacht race, the chance for, sponsors to impress their top clients and to "flirt" with potential clients.

Marquees are set up on the start site. Capacity (number of people)is defined in list form for each marquee.

Thanks you both. Judging by the very full first answer, I probably hadn't made myself clear! The only term which was causing a problem was the exact meaning of "EN flux". The rest was just for context. Each marquee can only accommodate a certain number of people, numbers in/out have to be controlled (for safety regulations and sheer lack of space). There is one entrance and one exit in each marquee.

For your second question, I would suggest :
a visit from arrival to departure, (literally, an entry/a visit + a departure) or, depending on context : a ticket and a ride
; management of the flow of visitors.

For your first question, I would add some more structure for it to make sense in English:
