Thanks you both. Judging by the very full first answer, I probably hadn't made myself clear! The only term which was causing a problem was the exact meaning of "EN flux". The rest was just for context. Each marquee can only accommodate a certain number of people, numbers in/out have to be controlled (for safety regulations and sheer lack of space). There is one entrance and one exit in each marquee.
