French to English translations [PRO]
French term or phrase:exemplaire non géré
This appears at the bottom of every page of the document (specifications)
You can find the same analogy about "site maintained" or "database maintained",etc. where the French word "géré" is used for the French equivalent. I assume you can also use this when talking about a copy or "exemplaire".
Explanation: It seems this document is a sample document which may be waiting for some approval. Non gerer could simply be stating it has not been distributed accordingly throughout the company/association/or other management organization.
Or it could be the fact that this document has not been completely organized...as proposed by another a rough draft of sorts. Either way it is the same in not being officially distributed or approved.
