French term or phrase: zinc patine
This is from a description of the company's shops: "Leur decor est sobre, fait de bois brun et de zinc patine (accent aigu)." Is "polished (or shiny, glossy) zinc" okay? Thanks, Karen

zinc patina
Explanation:
I'd use "zinc patina"--it doesn't really mean anything super shiny. Rather, it is an oxidation process.

patinated zinc

Explanation:
patine (WITH the accent) really means patinated --- this could be naturally oxidised, or deliberately 'aged'

In the context of a restaurant decor, I think this could work better
