Organizational :-))) Explanation: La première chose c'est de comprendre ce jargon en français...(mais où as-tu déniché un truc pareil ??) Donc si je comprends (pas sûr)ça veut dire que le système d'organisation ne doit pas être coupé de la façon dont les choses se passent réellement.
