French to English translations [PRO]
French term or phrase: virages
football (soccer) stadium
The areas described are "tribunes", "virages" and "quarts de virages" and are obviously seating areas in the stadium.

English translation:Seating in the curved area
Explanation:
ok so I barely speak french,I only know the basics, but I do know soccer stadiums! (I am Dutch)

Virage=bend ; a soccerstadium is oval, so deduction lead me down this path.

Hope it will at least give you an idea!

Thanks for Elendil for confirming what I guessed. I never did find out what "quart de virage" is in English, but having looked at diagrams of French and British football stadiums online, I settled on seating in the end zone and the side end zone as correct descriptions, if not the exact terms. "Tribunes" are the grandstand, of course. Thanks again.
