American cuisine

Explanation:
English has 3 different words for the French word "cuisine":
- The place is the Kitchen,
- The processing of food is Cooking
- The style or type is Cuisine,
to which you can add "galley" for the kitchen of a ship, and "scheming" for the figurative sense of "faire sa cuisine"

So you would refer American Cuisine, just like people drool, legitimately or not, at "French cuisine"

To confirm the translation here is the Collins-Cobuilt definition of "Cuisine"
"A country's or a district"s cuisine is the style of cooking which is most characteristic of it" and it goes on to specify cuisine can also refer to a restaurant's range of food served there.

Hope this helps
