Answer: voulez-vous coucher avec moi

Explanation:
I suspect this is similar to the phrase from the song made famous by patti labelle. I could be wrong but could que chez really be coucher. for us english speakers the sound could be similar, especially if the speaker speaks quickly or swallows sounds.

Answer: Would you like to come to bed with me?

Explanation:
is the correct translation for "Voulez vous coucher avec moi?" (the correct French). There is no such thing as "Voulez-vous que chez avec moi in French"

Answer: "Would you like to sleep with me?"

Explanation:
The sentence in French should read "Voulez vous COUCHEZ avec moi?" not "que chez" -- it seems that the sentence was transcribed incorrectly. "Voulez vous couchez avec moi?" basically means, "wanna?" :)
