French term or phrase: Bonne nuit et a biento
I do not know! A female wrote this to me in an e-mail. She told me to translate it for its meaning.
Rick
English translation:Good night, and see you again soon!
Explanation:
Should be spelled not "a biento" but "à bientôt." The addition of à bientôt suggests the intention of seeing the other party again.

Good night and "see you soon/see you later"

Explanation:
The second part is loosely translated, as we would write off at the end of an email or letter "see you soon", "later" etc...

Basically, looks like she wants to keep communicating with you :-)

Good night. Let's keep in touch

Explanation:
If it is an email, I would not translate "see you soon". Also I would put a period after good night.
"hope to hear from you soon"
"let's keep in touch"
"till next time"
"until later"

A bientôt is also "formulaic" in the sense that it is a salutation that implies keeping in touch and would not need literal translation.
