French term or phrase: cuve
Vacuum cleaner instructions. Do we call it a 'pan'? It's not a 'container,' b/c the word 'contenant' (Canadian French) is used to refer to something else, and it's not a 'canister' b/c that's a type of vacuum cleaner. Thanks in advance.

Thanks Julia. This is definitely the idea. I also found, tout bêtement, "bag container" in a real live instruction manual so I will go with one of those two.
