clay and limestone
Explanation:
there doesn't seem to be a specific term in English, but almost all the serious references I have found refer to 'limestone and clay soil' or 'clay and limestone soil'...

I also found a very good glossary:

"Clay and limestone soil
Land containing clay which holds water, and limestone in the form of fine elements, or stones which heat the earth."

references:

"CHATEAU SAINTE ROSELINE
AOC Côtes de Provence

1- Soil : clay and limestone, naturally rich in organic substances, guarantees the hight quality of the wine. The vineyard goes from east to west, and benefits from a good sun exposure. "

"The limestone and clay soil (known as Kimmeridgian soil) of Chablis produces Chardonnay of great steeliness and, at its best, a whiff of gunflint. The best sites, generally Grands Crus, are the ones with the best exposure to the sun. "

"The Domaine Rabiega is situated near Draguignan, in the Var department of France. V&S Vin & Sprit purchased the estate in 1986 with the aim of studying and researching wine production. The vineyard spans an area of 10 ha, planted with Syrah, Grenache, Carignan, Cabernet sauvignon and Cinsaut for the red and rosé wines and Sauvignon blanc, Chardonnay and Viognier for the white wines. Nearly 90 % of the production consists of red wines.

The soil is a combination of limestone and clay. "
