Never the less, given that all your questions are missing the same element, I suspect that this is a homework exercise. If someone else does it for you, then you won't get much beenfit from it. Go back through what your teacher has explained he/she wants you to do and have a go! There's nothing wrong with making mistakes. Many mistakes are highly instructive you know!
