provisional or temporary moulds or matrix

Explanation:
I think it is probably the kind of mould or matrix that is broken after use to reveal whatever has been cast in it (for instance a bell, etc.).

temporary moulds, moulds

Explanation:
In the construction of boats, for example, where modern hi-tech composite materials are used, moulds are used. Techniques employed are borrwed from the aeronautical industry. Moulds may be temporary in so far as they may be put to one side once they have served their purpose. Various types of processes can be employed : bag moulding, autoclave moulding, compression moulding, vacuum moulding...

Once moulds have been built for a particular boat, (hulls, float, mast moulds, for example), depending on the agreement concluded with the architect, the same moulds may be used again in the construction of another boat. Sometimes an architect wishes to retain a right of veto as to who should and should not be entitled to build a boat essentially based on his designs. These types of moulds are expensive too. Useful to keep them in the event of a dismasting, where a mast may be lost altogether or damaged, or indeed where part of a hull or float ( in the case of a multihull) may be damaged, following dismasting or collision with a floating object.

To sum up, you could either translate by temporary (or provisional)moulds or even just simply moulds, if from the particular context your reader understands that the moulds can be retained for future use in which case it may be superfluous to say they are temporary.

see below

Explanation:
I was interested to see "formworks". The sources I have indicate that formwork is a sort of "coffrage" in architecural terms as in "fond de coffrage" (formwork bottom), "vibreur de coffrage" (formwork vibrator)and many more. I am not sure that a "coffrage" and "moules" are the one and the same thing as "formwork" is defined as "an arrangement of wooden boards used to shape concrete whilst it is setting.
