French term or phrase:c'est ce qui fait durer les choses
The whole quote is "l'argent c'est ce qui permet la conquête des biens, mais la fortune: c'est ce qui fait durer les choses"
I'm uncertain how the last phrase starting from "but..." translates, especially since I haven't read Courrier Sud by Antoine Saint-Exupéry (author of The Little Prince)
