The above gives the general sense for you, though do note that the final 'lgeally binding' is a fairly free translation of 'font foi'; it all depends on the exact context: what do these documents 'faire foi de...'? Depending on that, 'legally binding' might not be the appropriate term to use...

"...will be accepted as valid proof" could be another possibility, but again, all depending on context!
