French term or phrase: grille
Firstly, I must say I have checked the glossaries, but as you can imagine this word has tons of different meanings depending on the context. What it means in my precise context is the purpose of this question, as I cannot figure it out with 100% confidence:

It is quite simply a description of a retail shop with a lease for sale:

Boutique en tres bon etat d'une surface d'environ 110 m2 en rez-de-chausse et 90m2 de reserve en sous-sol.
Climatisation reversible, ** grille **, sanitaires.

What would a 'grille' be in this context? At first I thought it might be something to do with the previously mentioned air-conditioning system, but it is unlikely that they would expand upon that in such a short description, so it must be something else which would represent a selling point - but what? Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance.

security grille?
Explanation:
Just an idea. Could it be a security grille on the front window/door etc.?

It could be a great selling point - protecting stock, cheaper insurance, etc.
