In Switzerland, a category appearing on an excerpt from the land registry describing a condominium complex. It's the "mens. officielle" that has me stuck. I have a feeling it's an official monthly payment (mensualisation?) but it perhaps could be "mensuration" (though I'm not sure that works. Thanks in advance...

If you then google "Etat descriptif de l'immeuble" and "officielle" the only hits you get with any word preceding "officielle" that could conceivably be abbreviated to "mens." are hits for "mensuration". Many of those documents then explain how "mensuration" is being used... If you need more info about "mensuration", just run the search

agree  Bourth (X): Very likely. Incidentally, in Sw. they measure the size of buildngs in cubic metres, whereas in most other places it's square metres. See "OMO" and "OTEMO".
