French term or phrase: ratios des critères d’approche
This is from a transcript of a conference, one of the speakers is giving advice to prospective franchisees: “Il faut prendre le temps de mettre en place des **ratios des critères d’approche** pour être sûr que l’on a en face de soi un vrai franchiseur qui a mis en place les outils pour développer et pérenniser son réseau"

Any help explaining the concept in either language and/or providing an English version would be much appreciated!

Assuming this hasn't been mistranscribed, the only thing I can think of is some sort of score-based selection criteria (which could accommodate a "ratio" concept - e.g. basing each criterion on a given percentage reflecting some aspect of the franchise performance).

E.g: "You need take time to develop a points scoring system/method to ensure that you're dealing with a franchiser who has the wherewithal to sustain and grow the network/franchise."
