Is it correct?
Do we say this information or these information ?(when we speak about some data related to a subject)

Information is an uncountable noun and therefore ALWAYS singular. Data on the other hand, is plural, technically (someone people tend to disagrre), with the singular form 'datum'.

Information is always singular in English.
If you want a noun in the plural then I suggest "data" (the plural of datum)
