Certains élèves me montrent un travail traditionnel d’Okinawa: Une musculation spécifique au karaté. Il existe une grande quantité d’instruments comme les tetsu geta (sandales en fonte), le sashi ichi (les haltères)… mais ils utilisent les sanchin kami – les jarres.

agree  rkillings: Don't be ashamed. A literal translation would be 'cast [iron] sandals', with the 'iron' part supplied by presumption.
