In reference to an underwater MP3 player. Does it mean that this device has fins or am I misinterpreting it? TIA.

agree  kashew: Flange seems logical - but the qualifying "adjustable (facile à régler)" doesn't quite fit the image of ther plugs in your first ref. // Yes, easy to fit snug seems the idea - it does say "souples".
