French term or phrase: deux onglets
"Ce fichier est composé de deux onglets". This is an Excel file - what are "onglets" called in English in this case? Pages?

English translation:sheets, or worksheets
Explanation:
When you open a new Excel file, the program displays a blank worksheet grid consisting of rows and columns. (The rows are numbered and the columns are identified by letters of the alphabet.)

At the bottom of the screen, you see two graphic tabs. They look like this:

\\______/ \\______/

and are labeled, this way:

\\_Sheet_1_/ \\_Sheet_2_/

Sheet 1 is the sheet that is displayed when you open the program, and you gain access to Sheet 2 by clicking on the \"Sheet 2\" tab.

So, even though the literal translation of \\\"onglets\\\" is \\\"tabs,\\\" in this particular case it would be more accurate to say that the Excel file \\\"consists of two sheets\\\" or \\\"consists of two worksheets.\\\"

This file is composed of two tabs

Explanation:
"onglet (tab)

You will find several examples of this on the Net, where you open a file and all you find are some tabs on top of your screen.
