French term or phrase: par pas de / Informations de servitude
With regards to the format of technical data this term appears - Informations de servitude- how would this be translated?

Also in the same section the following appears-
Les mesures sont codées sur 3 bits par pas de 25 mbar à partir de 725 mbar –
How would “par pas de” be translated?
Thanks for any advice for one or both questions.

English translation:in steps of .../ housekeeping data
Explanation:
"in steps of 25 mbar, starting from 725 mbar."

The term "informations de servitude" is the "housekeeping data". This is basically data that is kept as a backup, in case the data normally used fails. For example, a satellite sends data to Earth, but at the same time records it on devices located on the satellite, in case communication with Earth fails. I've used this term a lot during my studies (astronautics) and it's the official one used. You can also find it in the Grand dictionnaire terminologique.

Explanation:
I just think it's important to turn the sentence around that way so it's clear what's being coded.
