French term or phrase: date de la premiere reference
Again, describing a software package. It says "Date de creation: 1998
Date version actuelle: 2000
References: 1 reference en cours d'installation"
Does anyone know what "reference" means. I thought maybe "database," but why not say "base de donnees" in that case. I also thought of "version" but again, why not say "version"? Any ideas would be welcome. Thanks
