Fabrication Tous les �l�ments composant la station (pompes, d�bitm�tres, manom�tres, vannes, tuyauteries...) en contact avec l'eau min�rale sont en inox 316 L et de conception aseptique, �quip�s de raccords SMS. Les soudures seront r�alis�es par soudeuse automatique � cage ferm�e (Arc Machine). La station sera pr�-assembl�e et pr�-raccord�e �lectriquement et hydrauliquement sur ch�ssis inox dans notre usine de BRON. Tous les essais de fonctionnement seront r�alis�s avant son exp�dition. De plus, les appareils de mesure (pH, conductivit�...) seront param�tr�s lors des essais ainsi que les v�rifications de tarage des soupapes, �talonnage des manom�tres et programmation des transmetteurs. L'automatisme sera v�rifi� dans un premier temps par simulation sur l'automate puis en conditions r�elles de fonctionnement. Une pr�-r�ception usine de l'installation sera r�alis�e dans les conditions de fonctionnement. . The weldings will be carried out by automatic closed cage welding machine (Arc Machine). The station will be pre-assembled and pre-connected electrically and hydraulically on a stainless frame in our factory of BRON. All the operational tests will be carried out before its forwarding. Moreover, the measuring apparatus (pH, conductivity...) will be parameterized during the tests as well as the checks of taring of the valves, calibration of the pressure gauges and programming of the transmitters. The automatic functioning will be checked initially by simulation on the automaton/machine then in real conditions of operation. A pre-receiving factory for installation will be run/maintained???? according to the operating conditions. |
