Coating with hydraulic binder base Explanation: This may appear a little long-winded, but I think you can simply call it that. After all, you can have coatings which are, e.g. water-based. So this is simply a coating which has a hydraulic binder base. I don't think it's mortar, which is "mortier". Hope this has been of some help. |
