French term or phrase:Couplage Téléphonie Informatique
Plus, can anyone recommend a good online telecoms dictionary?
Explanation: It's the piece of hardware that connects a phone line carrying data to a computer. Strictly speaking, it isn't the modem or the digital device you get with an ISDN line (sometimes called a codec), but the adaptor that plugs the phone line in - but it would depend on the context.

Explanation: If it fits into the rest of the sentance, you could always call it a computer phone line. If not, you could also say the jack for the internet phone line, if you are talking about a specific wire.
To answer your question about an on-line technical dictionary, I don't know of one, but it can't hurt to check out e-bay.
