If it is to do purely with the electrical wiring of the mixers, then I would suggest "grounded stud" (Grand Dictionnaire Terminologique/Termium). However, if they perhaps mean "goujon de montage", then I suggest to refer yourself to the following entry of the Grand Dictionnaire Terminologique:
