Lacking any context, but considering that the asker specified "chemical-industrial, I would be inclined to believe that "fluorination" rather then "fluoridation" is involved, based on my experience as an organic chemist for 30 years and that "fluoridation" would be much more likely to refer to the addition of fluoride to water.
