English translation:(decorative printed) motifs
Explanation:
Sérigraphie=Serigraphy is silk screen printing:

Here it must refer to sign lettering and/or to decorative motifs printed onto the structure: as it is general, I'd go for the "motifs", with or without either of "decorative" or "printed"

Thanks for your common-sense answer. I was aware that the word could mean silk-screening, but knew that that didn't fit the context.

serigraphy

Explanation:
Take a look at this explanation of this art term:

http://www.steamertrunkmerchants.com/serigraphy.htm

"SERIGRAPHY perhaps had its roots in early Dutch poster stencils from the De Stijl movement. Then the silk screening process emerged and received wide acceptance for fine prints in the forties and fifties. In such a method, each color is forced through a fine screen onto the paper. The serigraph is a more modern, mechanized version of silk screening, allowing larger and faster runs of excellent color quality and sharpness of image for poster and art prints."
