From a telecommunication company's action plan for low cost cryptography. There is a definition for VIP in the Grand Dictionnaire (visual identification program) but I'm not sure that is what is meant here. Any help would be appreciated.
This could be an in-house abbreviation the company X is using; this is often the case with internal documentation. Barring other suggestions, best contact the client if possibe. Otherwise, leave as "MG" and if needed footnote as "in-house abbreviation."
