French term or phrase:praticable
Beachclub avec bar, sur plan d’eau ___praticable___ de 6 000 m² entouré d’une plage de sable blanc
Practical (En),here could be the word of choice for 'praticable' or 'practicable' refers to the project and how it must be built; in other words build the Beachclub with a purpose in mind to serve the needs of whoever is going to patronise or frequent it.
Praticable= purpose built/faisable etc
6000 sq m of lake means there is 275 meters of beach frontage, assuming circular shape. This isn't much of a lake folks, being more like a huge swimming pool. If square, it would be 77 meters on a side. Maybe large enough for a rowboat or two, but no sailing or motoring.
